SPEEDCLUE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to SpeedClue, operated by Decor Enginur Consultancy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using SpeedClue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpeedClue. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your SpeedClue account and associated data at any time by:

• Using the in-app account deletion option under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or
• Submitting a request via email to hello.speedclue@gmail.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Process it within 7 business days
• Permanently delete your profile, quiz history, scores, coins, and personal data
• Send a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes for up to 90 days after deletion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to cheat or manipulate quiz results, use bots, scripts, or automation tools, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, upload harmful or malicious code, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. Violation may result in immediate account termination without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SpeedClue — including quizzes, graphics, branding, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Decor Enginur Consultancy and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

6. Rewards, Coins & Virtual Items

SpeedClue includes virtual in-app currency and rewards. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law, and may be modified, reduced, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.

7. Payments & Purchases

Premium features and in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store. All purchases are final unless a refund is required under applicable law. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Please review the billing policies of your respective app store.

8. Advertisements

SpeedClue displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of advertisers. You can manage ad preferences through your device settings.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Termination may occur without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedClue and Decor Enginur Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or service interruptions. Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, always available, or that quiz results will be 100% accurate. Quiz content is for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for academic, medical, legal, or professional decisions.

12. External Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of SpeedClue after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
